Don't Brush After Eating for Healthy Teeth

It's a basic thinking of everyone that brushing after eating gives good health to teeth. But this is wrong, as there are many survey and researches and reports by clinic, dentists, journals, etc. which proves that brushing your teeth just after eating can harm your teeth rather than benefiting them.

Don't Brush After Eating for Healthy Teeth

Former president of the Academy of General Dentistry, Delaware dentist Jeffrey M. Cole, suggest that immediately brushing after eating may harm your teeth than doing any good. Dr. Jeffrey M. Cole says “What we found is that much of the cariogenic substances, those things that cause cavities, are not only sugar-containing, but they are very acidic themselves,”.

Dentist of Riverwalk Family Dental in Naperville, Dr. Jill Pasinski says “The acid in the food binds with the saliva, and it weakens the enamel, leaving the tooth more susceptible to decay as well as erosion,”. She also mentioned, that could brush the acid deeper into the enamel.

Now the question comes that what should we do to clean our teeth?

Well! Here is the answer:
There are 2 ways to clean teeth after eating, also suggested by dentists.

1. Drink Water or Chew Sugar-Free Gum as said by Dentists.

Or
