
Simply having a tea or coffee can not make a better nap but
having caffeine appetizer just before taking a short nap can restore your
alertness better, as suggested by scientific evidence.
Power of coffee hit the highest point after 30 minutes the caffeine was boiled down to the body chemistry. Caffeine competes with adenosine and takes almost 30 minutes to reduce laziness effects from your brain.
From University of Pennsylvania, Dr. David Dinges a Professor in psychiatry department and Sleep Researcher said "If you can fall asleep in your nap before caffeine does that, when it’s time to wake up, you’re getting the benefits of the caffeine perfectly timed with the nap sleep benefit,".
According to research held in 2001, caffeine pills helped 28
men and women triumph over sleep inertia and sleep for very low time from
88-hours. There were more studies or researches which proves that taking a
15-20 minute nap just after drinking a cup of coffee.
Finally, after a long time searching and reading I found
that having a cup of coffee and taking a short nap is better and helpful for my
work-lifestyle.
